Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day execution of Salesforce implementation and consulting engagements.
  • •Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
  • •Manage project financial management at the delivery level, including budgets, labor hours, forecasts, and estimate-to-complete.
  • •Maintain risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies; identify risks early and drive mitigation through resolution, escalating material items to the Engagement Manager.
  • •Facilitate project kickoff and governance, produce weekly status reports, coordinate testing/UAT/release readiness and go-live activities, and support project closure and transition to managed services where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of project management, technology delivery, or professional services experience.
  • •Experience managing technology implementation or digital transformation projects in a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • •Experience managing project budgets using labor hours, resource forecasts, burn rates, and estimate-to-complete.
  • •Experience developing and managing schedules, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery forecasts.
  • •Strong understanding of scope management and change-control processes, including managing risks, assumptions, issues, and mitigation plans.
