Job Summary

Lead material strategy execution within the Raytheon SMGBAD Product Line execution team in Tucson. Engage IPT leadership, translate customer/product requirements to suppliers, review SCM metrics, support program and supplier reviews, and manage risk/opportunity plans and mitigation. Own budgets for buy parts and supply chain labor using EAC, and support proposals and program start-up with Material Product Strategies/Plans. Earn MPM certification within 1 year.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with IPT leadership on material strategy execution.
•Communicate and translate customer and product requirements to suppliers; conduct supplier engagements related to capability, capacity, opportunity, and risk.
•Review SCM metrics and support recurring supplier, program, and IPT reviews, including visibility of procurement plans and escalation of supply chain issues.
•Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity (R&O) and Sales plans to meet Annual Operating Plan (AOP) responsibilities; proactively manage mitigation plans.
•Manage budgets for buy parts and supply chain labor supporting the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process; support prime proposals and program start-up with Material Product Strategies (MPS) and Plans (MPP).

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
•Experience working with MRP systems such as SAP, PRISM, and/or KINAXIS.
•U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
•Ability to lead projects, budgeting and financial management, and resolve issues/conflicts.
•Strong written and oral communication skills to influence and communicate across internal teams and external parties.
