  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, assess team strengths/weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement

  • •Monitor and ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • •Review and approve mechanical/physical defects and train associates to complete repairs effectively and efficiently the first time

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent and at least 18 years of age
  • •Experience using computers
  • •Demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas of Carvana’s reconditioning process, including understanding of current processes and lean principles
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently, stand for extended periods, and work variable schedules, including overtime and weekends
