•Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services for core organization, user, authentication/authorization, and billing/subscription functionality.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to conceptualize, deploy, and iterate on software features that meet customer needs.
•Investigate and resolve customer-reported incidents, bugs, and requests with Customer Support and QA.
•Architect and implement new features and services, leading code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
•Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, optimize for speed and scalability, and contribute to CI/CD and release processes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional backend experience, with strong Python and framework expertise (Django, FastAPI).

•Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch) and asynchronous programming (Celery).
•Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
