Automotive Service Manager

Lead day-to-day inspection-center operations to help teams safely move vehicles in for repairs and consistently hit production and quality targets. You’ll manage and develop hourly associates, coach performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to processes and standards. Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, train teams using quality control standards, and coordinate with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and overall vehicle quality.
