Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for metrology and RDA strategy, sustainment, and readiness within assigned technology areas.
  • •Own end-to-end readiness including recipe maturity, measurement methodology, standards, control plans, and monitor strategy.
  • •Develop, validate, and sustain metrology and RDA optical inspection recipes across eScan/Brightfield/Darkfield/Macro/SP platforms.
  • •Establish and improve SPC methods and monitor plans to detect process drift and excursions early; recognize, isolate, and escalate anomalies.
  • •Improve measurement quality (accuracy, precision, GRR, tool matching, reference validation) and drive data/automation/dashboard workflows to increase speed-to-learning and decision quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor metrology and/or inspection (RDA) in high-volume manufacturing, manufacturing, or technology development environments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop accurate, precise measurement/inspection methods and implement sustainable controls.
  • •Working knowledge of semiconductor processing fundamentals and defect/yield concepts.
  • •Experience using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., JMP, Spotfire, Tableau) and willingness to learn data manipulation/scripting/automation fundamentals.
