Job Summary

Drive AMD’s Commercial PC and Datacenter growth through national distribution partners in India. Develop and execute distribution strategies, build joint business plans, and manage key distributor relationships to improve sell-in and sell-out performance. Partner with OEMs, system integrators, VARs, and channel teams to expand market coverage, while leading demand forecasting, inventory planning, pipeline management, and distributor business reviews against KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute national distribution strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets for Commercial PC and Datacenter.
•Build and manage strategic relationships with national distributors, including joint business plans and sales execution.
•Drive sell-in and sell-out performance via demand generation, partner enablement, and channel programs.
•Collaborate with OEM partners, system integrators, VARs, and other channel partners to expand commercial and datacenter business.
•Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, pipeline management, and distributor business reviews to achieve KPIs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 2,617,020 - 3,738,600 annually

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA preferred.
•Proven experience managing national distributors and delivering business growth within the IT ecosystem.
•Strong commercial acumen with forecasting, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
•Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
