Key Responsibilities

•Assist day-to-day operation activities in loading and processing plant sweeteners while ensuring process quality and safety.
•Analyze and monitor key efficiencies and process parameters against design to support troubleshooting and meet cost/production goals.
•Coordinate with logistics, customer service, quality, and production teams to achieve order coverage.
•Coordinate maintenance activities to meet production needs and ensure required maintenance is completed.
•Promote safety, health, and environmental programs and propose corrective actions to keep processes cost-effective and efficient.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,400 - 112,533.33 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
