Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in early-phase concept and schematic design using collaborative and independent workflows.
  • •Explore design feasibility and communicate design vision using hand sketches, 3D modeling, and written narratives.
  • •Lead interior renovation and expansion design, including finish schemes, lighting concepts, and furniture upholstery selections, plus space-planning solutions.
  • •Coordinate design across multiple disciplines, conduct code reviews/basic calculations for life safety and zoning compliance, and resolve design clashes through drawing reviews.
  • •Manage BIM coordination between disciplines, create construction documents (Basis of Design Reports, Drawings, Specifications), review submittals/RFIs, and support bidding administration and site visits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's of Architecture or related field of study.
  • •2 years of experience as an Architecture Designer, Architectural Intern, or related occupation (experience may be gained through university coursework, projects, or internships).
  • •Experience with Rhino, Revit, and AutoCAD.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Forms, Teams) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Lightroom).
  • •Experience with BIM management/coordination across multiple projects and project experience involving LiDAR scanning technology.
