Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a strategic research partnership, building trusted relationships with partner counterparts
  • •Lead regular partner meetings and manage communications, agendas, and follow-through on action items and deliverables
  • •Navigate and help refine data dictionaries; translate requirements and logic into surveys in an internal survey-building tool
  • •Perform QA on built surveys, including verifying branching/skip logic and reliable end-user experience
  • •Manage data requests intake for patient advocacy groups/nonprofit researchers from submission through fulfillment

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a life science, public health, social science, or related field
  • •3+ years of experience in program or project management, research coordination, clinical operations, or a similar role

  • •Comfort working with structured data specifications (e.g., data dictionaries) and building/configuring surveys in no-code/low-code tools
