Key Responsibilities

  • •Take on whatever is breaking, slowing, or bottlenecking company growth.
  • •Execute new initiatives and one-off projects across growth, sales, marketing, and partnerships.
  • •Own recruiting and onboarding: sourcing candidates, running interviews/work trials, and onboarding.
  • •Talk with existing and prospective customers: run inquiries, security questionnaires, and demos.
  • •Run office operations and handle admin work (expenses, vendor management) plus build and automate scalable processes and systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •STEM degree (or equivalent) and comfort working in a highly technical environment with engineers and scientists.
  • •Driven and comfortable with ambiguity—aggressively pursue whatever helps the company grow (e.g., making cold calls and creating content).
