Production Lead/Detail Department

Lead daily inspection-center reconditioning production by managing and developing hourly associates. Oversee safe movement of vehicles for repairs, drive inventory production and quality goals, and review mechanical/cosmetic defects to repair or reject inventory based on cost and vehicle condition. Coach teams on quality control standards to reduce re-checks, manage performance and conflict, and ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and performance standards in a fast-paced shop environment.
