Architectural Project Manager (Industrial & Science) - Penang

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural and construction projects from design development through completion. Own project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk/change management to deliver on time, within scope, and to required quality standards. Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients, conduct design reviews and value engineering, and ensure compliance with building codes and local authority requirements. Manage governance, reporting, and HSE requirements while providing regular stakeholder updates.
