Job Summary

Create intuitive, accessible UX/UI experiences for enterprise users in a global, agile product team. Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, data scientists, and engineers to frame problems, map user journeys, and produce user flows, wireframes, annotated prototypes, and basic UI specs. Validate designs through feedback, reviews, and usability insights, and iterate to improve clarity, usability, and customer confidence across desktop, web, and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with product owners and engineering to contribute to UX decisions, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
•Create and iterate on UX/UI deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and basic UI specs, and help validate designs through feedback and usability insights.
•Translate complex workflows into clear, consistent user experiences using established patterns, accessibility practices, and design system components.
•Support feature design from discovery through delivery across enterprise applications (desktop, web, mobile), partnering closely with engineers to ensure quality implementation.
•Participate in feedback cycles, design critiques, and continuous iteration to improve clarity, usability, and customer confidence.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of UX design experience (internships, co-ops, or equivalent project work welcome).
•Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Foundational experience with UX practices such as personas, journey mapping, information architecture, and task flows.
•Experience creating wireframes and prototypes and contributing to visual design (e.g., in Figma or similar tools).
•Familiarity with designing for multiple platforms, including responsive web experiences.
