•Own budgeting and forecasting cycles end-to-end and manage variance analysis and monthly reporting.
•Automate departmental and executive reporting with durable, repeatable pipelines.
•Architect AI-enabled FP&A workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
•Partner with department leaders on spend, surfacing variances and driving accountability.
•Translate financial data into clear, stakeholder-ready narratives for non-finance leaders.

Key Requirements

•End-to-end FP&A ownership: you run budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly reporting cycles with real accountability for accuracy and timelines.
•Applied AI & technical fluency: you use AI to drive real work, not as a novelty, and can cite concrete shipped examples.
•Systems thinking & process design: you design repeatable, scalable FP&A processes and infrastructure that improve over time.
•Strategic financial storytelling: you synthesize complex data into leadership-ready narratives and tailor the read to the audience.
•Self-direction & ownership: you’re comfortable being the entire FP&A function, setting priorities and acting autonomously.
