Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safe, efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability across multiple area facilities, pipelines, systems, and wells within a geographic region.
  • •Coordinate operations and maintenance across multiple locations with multiple personnel.
  • •Set objectives and prepare operating and capital budgets to ensure materials, supplies, equipment, and personnel needs are met.
  • •Monitor and refine programs, procedures, and equipment to maintain a safe environment and address safety and environmental concerns.
  • •Coordinate and participate in design and construction of new facilities and replacement, repair, or improvements to existing facilities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or technical field preferred.
  • •5+ years of supervisory experience in a pipeline, compressor, storage, gas gathering, gas processing, or technical area.
  • •General knowledge of crude pipeline operations and working knowledge of mechanical equipment.
  • •Knowledge of contractual obligations to customers and safe handling practices for flammable gases, liquids, and high-pressure systems.
  • •Valid state operating license with acceptable driving record; strong leadership and experience training employees.
