Job Summary

Own and grow Airbus Defence and Space key account business for Information Systems & Cybersecurity in Germany. Develop and continuously refine the sales strategy for Connected Intelligence, build a stable market network across defense and industry stakeholders, and support acquisition and campaign planning. Coordinate customer engagement across the division, analyze future needs to evolve the portfolio, and ensure governance across economic, legal, and program objectives while representing Airbus publicly.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and continuously develop the sales strategy for Connected Intelligence capabilities aligned to Airbus Defence and Space strategy
•Work closely with relevant authorities and stakeholders (e.g., BMVg CIT, Kdo CIR, BSI, BWI)
•Develop, build, and maintain a stable long-term market network (Bundeswehr, organizations, industrial partners)
•Contribute to strategic campaign planning and support the acquisition process to ensure competitive positioning in the German market
•Ensure coordinated customer handling across the division and analyze future needs to inform portfolio development

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Successfully completed degree in business, engineering, political or humanities, or comparable qualification
•Extensive professional experience with customer structures
•Experience in industrial marketing, sales, and customer service
•Solid experience in a programmatic and technical context with leadership systems and/or in the cyber information domain
•Verhandlungssicher English; frequent business travel; driving license class B; ability to support a required security screening
