Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional disputes, including commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases.
  • •Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents across multiple jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK).
  • •Manage all litigation phases, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, coordinating local counsels as needed.
  • •Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies, while maintaining organized case files, briefs, and legal memoranda.
  • •Conduct document reviews and manage e-discovery processes; support settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
