Lead strategic initiatives to improve banking operations and ensure accurate data collection across enterprise systems. Mentor junior Operations Business Analysts and resolve complex solution issues while aligning to executive-level priorities.

•Collaborate with development teams and senior leadership to design and integrate complex processes spanning multiple systems.
•Lead and prioritize team initiatives, manage multiple complex projects, and drive iterative improvements while addressing tech debt.
•Develop data-driven solution designs, document process improvement needs, and present recommendations to leadership.
•Facilitate enterprise-level project planning, define business/reporting requirements, lead application testing, and ensure successful deployment while training end users and guiding change management.

•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, and/or treasury management.
•Intermediate to advanced experience with data analytics, business intelligence, data science, Power BI, and SQL.
•Intermediate to advanced experience with project management methodologies and leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.
