Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of supervisors to coordinate and oversee multiple E&I construction contractors.
  • •Lead weekly meetings with discipline contractors and coordinate with engineering/construction discipline leads and other contractors.
  • •Ensure contractor supervision and manpower comply with HSES policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures, and client requirements.
  • •Verify contractors adhere to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Own HSES and quality aspects within assigned areas and ensure work completion according to the project schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in electrical and instrument construction work.
  • •Experience in live plant, greenfield, and turnaround/revamp work.
  • •Minimum 8 years in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, power plant, or similar plants.
  • •Strong HSES awareness, including preparation knowledge for Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis, and Risk Assessment.
  • •Fluent English communication (written and verbal) plus basic computer software skills, with good team leadership, problem solving, and decision-making.
