Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive experience in technology, data, analytics, or transformation roles within large, regulated financial institutions or similarly complex enterprises.
  • •Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale, AI-enabled transformations with governance, risk management, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Deep understanding of risk management, compliance, and control environments, with the ability to design technology solutions meeting regulatory/audit expectations.
  • •Strong executive presence advising and influencing senior leaders, including C-suite and line-of-business executives.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree in related fields strongly preferred).
