Key Responsibilities

  • •Build an emotional connection with customers and live brand values while supporting store sales and KPI goals.
  • •Handle customer complaints (internally & externally), returns/exchanges, and verify cost center withdrawals.
  • •Perform correct payment processes and carry out cash desk closures/reconciliations.
  • •Maintain a clean, effective workstation (e.g., supplies, receipts, and printer consumables).
  • •Assist with Endless Aisle and Click & Collect operations when applicable, including pickup handling and cross-selling support.

Key Requirements
