Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily operations of global Accounts Payable, including vendor disbursements, expense management, and credit card reconciliations.
  • •Manage and mentor the AP team by setting KPIs, performance benchmarks, and development plans.
  • •Oversee month-end close for AP, including sub-ledger to GL reconciliations, expense accruals, and balance sheet flux analysis.
  • •Standardize end-to-end operating procedures and keep process documentation current across all entities.
  • •Coordinate internal and external audit requirements and partner with Procurement, FP&A, Legal, and Tax to optimize purchase-to-pay workflows and vendor onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of AP experience with at least 5 years managing AP managers in a large US multinational.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and strong proficiency in enterprise ERPs (e.g., Oracle, Workday, Navan).
  • •Strong hands-on knowledge of US operations, US GAAP, SOX controls, and multi-currency disbursements.
  • •Strong knowledge of US operations and international tax compliance (including multi-entity considerations).
  • •Excellent team management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills with global stakeholders.
