LN Venues, Operations Manager - Fox Theater Riverside

Lead day-to-day venue facility operations and physical plant management, partnering with the Venue Management and National Fans Services teams. Oversee maintenance, front-of-house operations, production, box office, staffing, budgeting for repairs and supplies, and ensure equipment readiness (HVAC, elevators, crowd-control devices). Manage compliance, licensing, incident reports, guest complaints, and municipal relationships while supporting onboarding, training, hiring, and payroll.
