Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including front of house, preventive maintenance, third-party contracting, and venue set-up and tear-down.
  • •Develop and oversee overhead expense budgets for repairs, maintenance, and venue supply expenses.
  • •Ensure optimum operating condition of facility equipment (including crowd control devices, HVAC, and elevators).
  • •Maintain licensing, compliance, and required governmental reports, and manage required records and incident reports.
  • •Assist with onboarding and training, and recruit, hire, train, supervise, and manage payroll for part-time staff and department supervisors.

  • •Minimum two years’ experience as a House/Operations Manager or comparable role.
  • •Proven leadership with strong management and communications skills.

  • •Experience dealing with police and public officials and serving as a liaison with local municipalities.
  • •Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Workday/timekeeping systems experience is a plus).
