Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical pre-sales engagements (executive conversations, workshops, POCs) alongside sellers to produce validated, production-ready architectural solutions.
  • •Architect and deliver end-to-end data platform solutions across ingestion, transformation, storage, orchestration, and visualization.
  • •Design and implement scalable big data pipelines using Spark/Scala, EMR, Glue, and Airflow for reliable, efficient large-scale processing.
  • •Build and optimize data warehousing and lakehouse solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, and Apache Hadoop ecosystems.
  • •Integrate AI/ML capabilities into data platforms, including feature stores, ML pipelines, and model serving infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, and/or Apache Hadoop, plus AWS big data services (EMR, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation, Kinesis).
  • •Production big data processing with Spark (PySpark and/or Scala) for batch/streaming and orchestration using Apache Airflow; streaming with Kafka or Kinesis.
  • •Hands-on dbt for data transformation and modeling, with strong SQL; experience with modeling patterns (Kimball, Data Vault, or OBT) and lakehouse formats (Delta Lake, Iceberg, Hudi).
  • •Deliver BI/visualization solutions using Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, and/or Looker, including semantic layer design and governance/performance optimization.
  • •Experience integrating AI/ML into data platforms (feature stores, ML pipelines, MLOps with MLflow or W&B) and familiarity with GenAI/LLMs in data contexts (RAG, NL2SQL, LLM-powered data quality).
