Key Responsibilities

  • •Test for inefficiencies and fragilities and implement software or infrastructure fixes, fluent in both code and IaC.
  • •Design and collaborate with engineering/SRE to build automation or self-service tools.
  • •Use data analysis and network diagnostics/debugging tools to characterize performance and capacity of large-scale distributed systems.
  • •Design, manage, and track platform KPIs to identify trends and improve performance.
  • •Investigate and analyze platform performance proactively, collaborating to resolve escalations and incidents for customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Have relevant experience and knowledge in Computer Science or another quantitative discipline.
  • •Demonstrate experience developing solutions in Python, bash, or other languages.
  • •Demonstrate experience with internet protocols such as DNS, HTTP, and TCP.
  • •Have experience working with and analyzing complex systems in Linux, VM, and Kubernetes production environments.
  • •Show excellent communication skills and be able to clearly explain technical information.
