Own Antares’ monthly, quarterly, and annual close and build scalable accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting that are accurate, compliant, and GAAP-aligned. Lead technical accounting for areas like revenue recognition, leases, equity/stock-based comp, and fixed assets. Establish repeatable finance processes across AP, payroll, treasury, purchasing, and expense management, partnering with auditors, tax advisors, and cross-functional teams as the company scales into manufacturing and government contracting.
