Job Summary

Recruit and build global talent pipelines across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, and Engineering. Manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, multi-region environment; partner with hiring managers to understand needs, source and screen candidates, and maintain a strong ATS-driven process to deliver hires and improve recruiting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations.
•Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities.
•Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
•Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
•Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field.
•Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
•Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, or other corporate functions.
•Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
