Job Summary

Define and drive IAM strategy for enterprise transformations, advising customers on secure, scalable identity architectures aligned to Zero Trust and compliance. Lead implementations of Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD B2C, and architect Azure B2C solutions (IEF, identity provider integration, lifecycle sync). Oversee EmpowerID (or similar IGA) transformations covering workflows, RBAC, provisioning, and connectors, and guide authentication standards and IAM integrations with cloud platforms and security tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide advanced consulting on Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access, identity governance, PIM, authentication, app integrations, and Zero Trust policies.
•Architect and oversee Azure B2C implementations including user journeys, custom policies (IEF), identity provider integration, and user life cycle management synchronization.
•Lead complex EmpowerID (or similar IGA) transformations covering workflow design, RBAC modeling, provisioning patterns, and connector configurations.
•Advise on authentication standards and modern identity patterns across OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, JWT, and SCIM.
•Drive IAM integration with cloud platforms, app services, API gateways, and security tools.

Key Requirements

•Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure B2C.
•Strong knowledge of an IGA platform such as EmpowerID.
•Strong understanding of modern authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, JWT, and SCIM.
•Experience with Azure services including Key Vault, App Services, API Management, and Functions.
•Proven experience leading large-scale IAM programs and consulting engagements.
