Job Summary

Own the technology that keeps 1Password’s new Austin office running. You’ll manage the office network, physical security systems, and AV/collaboration environments while providing hands-on IT support for employees and new hires. Partner with the remote IT Support team to deliver a consistent support experience, handle onboarding device setup, and contribute to scalable processes, runbooks, and documentation as the office grows.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and maintain the Austin office network (wired and wireless infrastructure).
•Operate and maintain the physical security stack (access control, cameras, integrated systems) and coordinate with Security for governance/audit trails and with building management for maintenance.
•Provide hands-on in-person IT support across hardware, software, peripherals, AV, and workplace technology as the primary IT presence in the office.
•Own end-to-end onboarding technology for Austin hires, including device provisioning, setup, orientation, and equipment returns.
•Own AV operations across huddle rooms and meeting/event environments, managing video conferencing, room scheduling, multi-zone audio, and displays while proactively resolving issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 119,000 annually
