•Lead and enhance compliance frameworks under MiFID II and MiCAR, including monitoring activities, risk assessments, and control structures.
•Manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals, fostering a high-performance environment and a strong compliance culture.
•Drive regulatory change initiatives, supervisory reviews, audits, and direct interactions with competent regulatory authorities.
•Oversee market conduct and surveillance, including investor protection frameworks and market abuse monitoring.
•Provide compliance-by-design advice for new products and business initiatives, partnering closely with Legal, Risk, Product, and Engineering.

•Fluency in English and German; ability to translate complex regulations into practical business solutions.
