Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage consulting teams, set expectations, and drive accountability for results
  • •Sell and deliver strategic, tactical, and data-driven advisory engagements for Super Regionals clients and partners
  • •Manage P&L for the Super Regionals segment, including revenue projections, risk management, and expense/margin goals
  • •Build and convert a robust pipeline of future engagements across bespoke, scaled, and recurring revenue streams
  • •Serve as primary executive face for advisory capabilities with client senior executives and align with internal Visa leadership
