  • •Provide birth and postpartum doula care to clients.
  • •Deliver exceptional care for birthing persons.
  • •Participate in the non-exclusive network while keeping your own clients and practice.
  • •Accept insured clients through Loula’s client referral/doula matching program.
  • •Use Loula’s services for insurance verification, billing, and payment while focusing on client care.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, or 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR training, HIPAA training, liability insurance, or the letters of recommendation, you can still reach out for support getting set up.
