Job Summary

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for commercial HVAC customers in a defined market. Install, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems, coordinating with team leaders and customers while using blueprints and engineering specifications. Maintain safety and accountability of company assets, and stay flexible for overtime/weekends and occasional overnight stays. Work with internal and external partners across new setups and retrofits.

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and gathering materials.
•Serve as direct customer contact, diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Use cutting-edge software and technology, along with hand tools and blueprints/engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to maintain security and accountability of company assets.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.
•Technical School or formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations as specified (e.g., DUI, license suspension).
•EPA Certification.
