Key Responsibilities

•Act as the client representative on-site, leading day-to-day construction oversight and ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
•Manage hotel/hospitality development projects, incorporating brand standards, operational requirements, and guest-experience considerations into execution.
•Support the client Project Manager as required, including oversight of overall construction execution and contractor performance.
•Provide strategic guidance during project conception, including delivery approaches, phasing, and risk mitigation strategies.
•Lead project kickoff and recurring stakeholder meetings with architects, engineers, operators, and contractors.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction with proven on-site delivery
•Demonstrated hotel/hospitality development project experience with understanding of brand standards and operational requirements
•Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
•Strong track record as a Lead Project Manager delivering complex projects and managing performance metrics
•Experience in a consulting or client-representative role; PMI PMP certification is a plus
