Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive successful execution of small to medium real estate programmes or support large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • •Contribute to programme leadership and empower programme teams to achieve success.
  • •Apply governance and controls, including maintaining programme logs/registers and producing performance reporting for leadership forums.
  • •Build robust stakeholder engagement processes (e.g., stakeholder registers and communication plans).
  • •Support programme-level financial management, compliance with risk and health & safety requirements, and ensure benefits realization.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in programme management with demonstrable delivery of benefits and outcomes for clients/employers.
  • •Project delivery background with progression into programme management within a real estate or construction environment.
  • •Accreditation or working knowledge of programme management methodologies, ideally in the real estate sector.
  • •Awareness of construction project delivery models, procurement routes, and contracts such as NEC and JCT.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to perform governance duties.
