Key Responsibilities

•Lead CRO strategy and execution for multiple DTC e-commerce accounts, from audits and roadmaps to A/B testing and reporting
•Design and implement experimentation programs including A/B and multivariate testing, analyzing user behavior to identify optimization opportunities
•Establish KPIs and create testing roadmaps for advertising campaigns and websites (UX, checkout, conversion flows)
•Own client relationships end-to-end, serving as the primary strategic partner and communicating results clearly to stakeholders
•Build and maintain a testing pipeline that continuously answers the needs of clients and their customers

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years experience as a product manager, UI/UX designer, CRO Strategist or data analyst, preferably at a DTC brand or client facing agency
•Proven experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
•Strong analytical skills with ability to identify friction points, translate data into actionable insights, and make sound recommendations
•Deep experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including test design and analysis
•Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, consumer psychology, and UX/UI principles that drive conversions
