Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while promoting a safe working environment.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment and ensure every position is filled before startup.
  • •Oversee team member exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics; monitor machine performance.
  • •Ensure workstations have passed USDA Inspection and promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
  • •Oversee processing operations, solve problems with other supervisors, maintain accurate shipments and inventory rotation, and keep records of reworked or returned product.
