Job Summary

Ensure construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, approved procedures, and contractual requirements. Review and monitor the Contractor’s QA/QC Plan, witness inspections and testing, and evaluate Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals. Identify non-conformances, verify corrective actions, support quality audits, and prepare quality reports and closeout handover documentation for project completion.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and monitor the Contractor’s QA/QC Plan implementation.
•Witness inspections and testing activities.
•Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.
•Monitor compliance with approved specifications and standards; identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions.
•Participate in quality audits and site inspections; prepare quality reports and maintain project records, including handover and closeout documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in QA/QC within supervision or construction projects.
•Experience in infrastructure, roads, and utility projects.
•Strong knowledge of international quality management standards.
•UAE/GCC experience preferred; professional certifications in quality management are advantageous.
