Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Applied AI Architects, setting expectations for technical excellence and accountability.
  • •Set and refine the operating model for Applied AI Architecture across Europe, aligning technical strategy to evolving customer needs and company priorities.
  • •Partner with Sales leadership and Account Directors to prioritize accounts, allocate technical resources, and define technical strategies for key engagements.
  • •Serve as primary technical advisor for portfolios by owning technical account plans, milestones, adoption priorities, account health, expansion opportunities, and portfolio health metrics.
  • •Lead complex customer journeys from executive vision to use-case qualification, solution evaluation, enterprise governance, and a credible path to production adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep technical acumen in modern AI systems, frontier models, agentic applications, and platform technologies, including software/cloud architecture, APIs, data integration, identity, security, privacy, and evaluation.
  • •10+ years of customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture/engineering, technical account leadership, AI deployment, or technical consulting with large complex enterprises.
  • •4+ years of people-management experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing customer-facing technical teams.
  • •Experience guiding enterprise organizations from technical discovery and evaluation through production adoption, healthy usage, and measurable business impact.
  • •Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to build credibility with CTOs/CIOs/CISOs, boards, business leaders, and hands-on engineers.
