HR Projects Lead (M&A & Transformation)

Lead the People workstream for acquisitions, divestments, employee transfers, and post-acquisition integrations, coordinating due diligence through integration stabilisation. Drive HR transformation initiatives spanning operating model improvements, process harmonisation, policy and job architecture, compensation and benefits, and employee experience. Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to manage governance, risk, employee relations, and compliant, well-coordinated transitions.
