Principal Welding Engineer

Lead the welding engineering discipline for onshore and offshore projects by interpreting complex business issues and recommending best practices. Own key deliverables such as welding qualification execution plans, welding procedures, and electrode selection, while reviewing schedules, material control reports, and welding consumables to keep execution on track. Manage welding school training, support automatic welding systems, and collaborate with fabrication, marine, QC/NDT, certifying authorities, and external technical organizations to resolve metallurgical, welding, and quality challenges.
