Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted technical expert for mission-critical federal customers supporting HP PCs, laptops, printers, and related technologies.
  • •Deliver advanced software and hardware support across complex customer environments while resolving issues promptly and meeting service expectations.
  • •Proactively monitor system performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maximize uptime and prevent disruptions.
  • •Troubleshoot highly complex technical issues across operating systems, networking infrastructure, and heterogeneous data center environments.
  • •Mentor and coach new team members and lead Field Technical Support Representatives while guiding service delivery best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (required).
  • •Associate degree/vocational diploma with 6+ years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • •Extensive experience supporting HP PCs, laptops, printers, and related technologies in enterprise environments.
  • •Proven experience supporting federal government customers and mission-critical operations.
  • •Expert knowledge of operating systems, UNIX, networking technologies, hardware platforms, and enterprise infrastructure; ITIL certification or demonstrated ITIL knowledge.
