•Draft contracts for corporate pension plans in collaboration with insurers and clients, contributing strategically to design, rules, and general conditions (LGPD and security).
•Provide strategic communication consulting to employees, participating in materials and processes planned with clients and insurers.
•Manage multiple governance projects simultaneously, internal and external, ensuring timelines are met.
•Contribute expertise on legislation and pension to governance projects for new products, and to internal/external project management.
•Build and maintain client and insurer relationships to support governance initiatives and product development.
