Key Responsibilities

•Support technical sales conversations by helping with technical discovery, answering product questions, and explaining how the API fits customer AI workflows.
•Run demos and build proof-of-concepts (demos, small apps, notebooks, examples) for search, RAG, LLM apps, and agents.
•Help customers get started from first API call to working integration by removing blockers as they arise.
•Improve sales and onboarding materials by creating technical guides, demo scripts, sample code, integration notes, FAQs, and comparisons.
•Work with Product and Engineering by bringing back customer feedback on missing features, confusing docs, implementation issues, pricing questions, and competitive gaps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

•Work with prospects, customers, partners, or technical buyers; ask good questions and explain whether the product fits what they are building.
•Read and write basic Python or JavaScript and test an API with cURL or Postman to build simple examples.
•Understand RAG, LLMs, agents, context windows, search APIs, and lexical vs. semantic search.
•Care about API usability for developers, including docs, rate limits, examples, and error messages.
•Explain technical ideas in plain language and produce docs, customer notes, demo scripts, and technical explainers.
