Lead and develop a team of brand advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while supporting the Store Manager in maximizing profitability. Drive customer engagement, merchandising, and store operations in compliance with company standards. Coach staff, monitor customer feedback, oversee floor coverage and store openings/closings, and help manage expenses, loss prevention, store audits, weekly reports, and hiring, training, and visual merchandising directives.
