Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, cash flow, work plan schedules, milestones, and identify risks.
  • •Develop and run bid processes, including requests for proposals, bid analysis, leading evaluation interviews, and recommending delivery resources to clients.
  • •Implement communication plans and project documentation governance to ensure accurate, timely, and coordinated project data integrity; facilitate project meetings.
  • •Supervise progress against objectives, approved budgets and timelines; report status/variances and implement change management routines to assess impacts and issue change orders.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree and at least 6 years of related experience and/or training in industry trends, project management, and construction procedures and best practices.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to complete administrative tasks for the role.
  • •Ability to work under pressure, meet close deadlines, be on site regularly during the project, and show flexibility with non-traditional hours when needed.
  • •Ability to analyze sophisticated information, organize and prioritize work, meet multiple deadlines, and develop plans to address identified issues.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to self-manage with strong initiative to prioritize multiple tasks in a robust environment.
