Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment, aerial lifts, and tools.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues using data across hundreds of equipment makes and models to determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts as needed.
  • •Practice safe job practices and maintain complete, timely electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer sites when required; maintain the service vehicle professionally.

Key Requirements
