Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the client journey from approved application through account funding, first trade, and early engagement, including handover to the Premium Client Manager where relevant.
  • •Proactively welcome newly approved clients, identify activation barriers, and guide them through onboarding next steps.
  • •Convert approved applications into funded, active accounts by reducing friction, answering process/platform questions, and coordinating resolution of outstanding matters.
  • •Introduce clients to platform features, trading tools, risk-management functionality, and educational resources while ensuring fair, balanced, accurate, non-advisory communication.
  • •Drive early engagement and retention via proactive outreach and structured follow-ups, including reactivation for stalled/inactive clients and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years’ experience in client onboarding, customer success, account management, business development, sales support, or a related financial-services environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or relevant recognised qualification in Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
  • •Eligibility to be appointed and registered as a FAIS representative (RE5 Exam) including meeting the Fit and Proper requirements.
  • •Good understanding of financial markets and an interest in online trading (e.g., FX, indices, equities, commodities, CFDs).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach and comfort conducting proactive outbound engagement.
