Job Summary

Design, test, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions by translating business requirements into technical implementations. Collaborate with Product Owners and Practice Managers to align solutions with program goals, create system design documentation (including diagrams/flowcharts), and analyze functional, technical, and operational fit. Conduct proof-of-concept activities when needed and develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Product Owners and Practice Managers to understand business and user requirements and align solutions with program goals.
•Prepare technical requirement documents, including system diagrams and flowcharts illustrating data and process flows after proposed changes.
•Analyze business requirements to ensure the ServiceNow solution meets functional, technical, and operational expectations.
•Perform proof-of-concept (POC) activities as needed to validate solution feasibility.
•Translate requirements into comprehensive system design documentation and develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.

Key Requirements

•Worked as a ServiceNow developer for at least 3+ years recently.
•Worked on multiple ServiceNow modules including (but not limited to) ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, and ITAM.
•Strong understanding of how to align ServiceNow solutions to functional, technical, and operational expectations.
•Preferred experience with CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications (not mandatory).
